How does the Sony Reader PRS ebook series made in the pdf file?

Recently I did some research on playback and the Sony PRS-505 PRS-700 eBook reader device. The main reason I want to get an eBook reader is that they can fit all my books related programming on the electronic computing device, carry and read when I travel. Like most of my books in electronic format pdf, my greatest concern now is how well the device performs for viewing pdf files (page turned and zoom content) and size / representation text image in the 6 "screen (it is readable without the need to develop?). I also looked at Kindle and iRex readers. The reasons he chose Sony is its PDF support, specifications and prices. Thank you to anyone who could help me!
