Are there hidden fees for Internet usage in the Kindle 2?

I'm considering buying a Kindle 2, and read the Terms and Conditions and realized that Amazon says that "the payment of a fee for wireless connectivity for the use of other on your wireless device, such as web browsing and download personal files, if you choose to use the services. "For anyone using a Kindle, attributing a hidden tax for web browsing I know I can use the Internet in a limited capacity, but what about the text? Is there a fee for each page you visit, or depends on the quantity using the network? It is not likely to let me buy a Kindle, but I wonder if I can not wait to use the network to this topic. It is always a nasty surprise if you expect a feature is misadvertised. If Please explain. Thank you!

If you are in the United States does not basically no cost, unless the Transfer / Change of personal documents for the Kindle through your wireless service (which can also be free on your computer via USB). There are some of the load when you travel abroad.
